The resort is well established and has excellent facilities, including the 5* Intercontinental Hotel and a ‘town centre’ with Spar supermarket, bars and restaurants. The nearest seaside town, Los Alcazares, is 5 minutes’ away by car and is a busy little town with shops, bars, restaurants, banks, plus the beaches of the Mar Menor. The terrace has full height railings, so the wonderful view can be seen from inside the apartment as well as whilst relaxing on the outdoor sofa and two armchairs. There is a modern table and chairs for dining alfresco and a handy outdoor storage area. The apartment receives some summer sun and shade all day and so provides a welcome respite from the intense Spanish sun. However, step outside the apartment and you are a minute away from the beautiful communal pool, bathed in sunshine from morning until night. The pool is lit at night and a lovely backdrop whilst spending an evening on the terrace enjoying a glass of Sangria.
