Second Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room/bedroom with double bed, seating, wood-burner, bathroom and from the anteroom there is access to a roof terrace with table and chairs and wonderful views.
Underfloor: Below the first floor there is a large storage area cum workshop and laundry room.
First Floor: Small bedroom or study, galley kitchen, large living room with wood-burner and double doors to a terrace/outside lounge, dining area, beautiful large bedroom with wood burning stove and large wardrobes and a bathroom.
Second Floor: Outside barbecue area on a large terrace, fully equipped kitchen, living room, wood-burner, bedroom and bathroom.
Really charming small cortijo with galley kitchen, bathroom and studio room with double bed, wood-burner, sofa etc. Outside there is a lovely small dining area.
The property has its own water supply from two natural springs which emerge on the property and run all year, also has rights to acequia water and a part share of a large mountain spring which emerges higher up. This spring feeds the three buildings and also the automatic irrigation system. There is a charming pond which is fed via one of the springs. Mains electricity is connected as is broadband internet and satellite television. Each building has its own septic tank for waste disposal.
The property is situated only a few minutes from Pampaneira, the prettiest of the villages in the Poqueira valley with a range of shops, restaurants and bars. The regional capital of Orgiva, with all facilities is under 20 mins away, the historic city of Granada can be reached in 1hour and 15 minutes, the beaches of the Costa Tropical in under an hour and the airport at Málaga in under two hours.
