The property, previously run as a Hotel and Restauarant set on top of a hillside in the village of Busquistar, the High Alpujarras. The property has been closed for a number of years, previously had a tourist licence in place which could be renistated. The property has a total of 750m2 built spread over three floors, various bedrooms and bathroom, industial kitchen, dining room, swimming pool and several storage rooms. It is in need of total renvoation internally to bring it up to todays standards, or could possibly be converted into three self contained units with shared swimming pool, set in 2840m2 of land. Easy access from the main road and has all mains services connected. A great project to create the home and business of your dreams. Services Mains water, electricity and sewage are connected. Internet is available from local suppliers. The property also has rights to irrigation water three hours every ten days, there is also an alberca (water storage) on the land.  Location Busquístar is located in a privileged natural environment, next to the ravine formed by the Trévelez River and inside the Sierra Nevada national park. It was previously known as el paraíso escondido de los mozárabes (the hidden paradise of the Mozarabic). The exact origins of this village are not known, but evidence shows that is could be as early as the 13th century. As a result, there are many remains and influences of the Arab dynasty in this area for example: an old mosque and an oil mill, although only the ruins are left. La Iglesia Parroquial de San Felipe y San Santiago however, survives, although it has been through several restorations. Outside of the village centre, visitors will find an ideal location for hiking or adventure sports, 4x4 routes and mountain climbing. In Busquístar, ceramics are the typical produce, made by hand. Workshops exist here with potters who have worked in the trade for years; visitors can attend and create their own ceramic souvenirs.
