The only thing we would change about this property is to put in a bigger bathroom. Through the main gate there is an ample parking area with a large ancient oak tree greeting you at the entrance. There are stairs up to the house either side of the raised terrace/pool area, and lots of plant beds that line the staircase to make a pretty garden. The part below the terrace is used as a storage area, outside bathroom and water treatment area. One of the rooms would be perfect as a log store or could be easily made in to a comfortable kennel. In front of the bungalow is a tiled pool of about 7x4m, with large terrace, an olive tree for shade, natural stone floors and walls, and a barbecue area. You enter the house directly into the living room which has a fireplace and open plan kitchen, all in a charming rustic style, with wood beamed ceilings. There is a pantry next to the kitchen which could be made in to a separate WC. The central bathroom has a small shower, basin and loo, and there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. You could easily move in to this house without doing anything. However, we think installing a larger bathroom would improve this house. This is a house for nature lovers, and people who want tranquility. It's perfect for artists or writers who are inspired by the sights and sounds of nature. It's not for anyone who needs neighbours or anyone who gets lonely without people to talk to. The walking routes in this area are fantastic and with no light pollution the night sky is fabulous.
